IronLoad
Privacy Policy
Effective date: 2026-05-31
Beta notice: IronLoad is an early MVP for driver feedback. This policy is a product-specific baseline and should receive legal review before broad public launch.
What we collect
- Account details such as name, email address, and authentication status.
- Carrier/profile details you enter, such as truck costs, routes, an optional USDOT number, readiness dates, and saved checks or quotes.
- Optional private readiness uploads, including the file itself plus its document type, original filename, file type, size, and upload date.
- Technical and usage data needed to keep the app secure, debug issues, and understand product activation.
How we use data
- To provide the calculator, saved profile, saved loads, and readiness-check workflow.
- To maintain account access, improve the beta, fix bugs, and prevent abuse.
- To contact beta users about product feedback or account/service updates.
What we do not do
- We do not sell personal information.
- We do not use readiness checklist output as a legal compliance certification.
- Stripe processes subscription payments. IronLoad does not store full card numbers.
Service providers
IronLoad may use managed infrastructure providers for hosting, authentication, database storage, analytics, and email. These providers are used only to operate and improve the product. When PostHog analytics is enabled, IronLoad sends allowlisted categorical product events only; autocapture, cookies, session replay, person profiles, account identifiers, raw financial values, and equipment identifiers are disabled or excluded.
Data retention and deletion
Account data and private readiness uploads are retained while the account remains active. The in-app account deletion flow removes private uploads before deleting the account; limited security, billing, or audit records may be retained when legally required.
Security
Private uploads use HTTPS, authenticated access, a non-public storage bucket, owner-scoped row-level policies, file-type restrictions, and a 10 MB limit. Upload only the readiness copy you need. Do not upload Social Security cards, bank records, tax returns, medical records, or unrelated personal documents. If a W-9 uses a personal SSN rather than a business EIN, do not upload it.
