IronLoad
Terms of Service
Effective date: 2026-05-31
Beta notice: IronLoad is an early MVP. These terms are a product-specific baseline and should receive legal review before broad public launch.
1. Use of IronLoad
IronLoad provides load-pricing math, profile/history tools, and readiness checklist support for owner-operators and small carriers. You are responsible for reviewing inputs, outputs, and operational decisions before using them in the real world.
2. No legal, compliance, tax, or financial advice
IronLoad readiness screens are checklist aids only. They are not legal advice, compliance certification, DOT/FMCSA clearance, tax advice, financial advice, or dispatch/broker authority. Always confirm current rules, documents, permits, insurance, and operational requirements with qualified professionals or official sources.
3. Accounts and access
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. JK Automations may limit, suspend, or remove beta access for misuse, abuse, security risk, or product testing constraints.
4. User data and inputs
You retain responsibility for the load, cost, route, carrier, driver, truck, trailer, readiness dates, and optional readiness files you enter. Upload only files you are authorized to store. Do not upload Social Security cards, bank records, tax returns, medical records, malware, or unrelated personal documents. A business W-9 copy is optional; do not upload one that exposes a personal SSN.
5. Prohibited uses
- Do not use IronLoad to violate laws, regulations, carrier/broker agreements, or platform rules.
- Do not attempt to bypass access controls, abuse APIs, scrape private data, or disrupt the service.
- Do not rely on demo data as verified real-world compliance or pricing truth.
6. Beta changes and availability
IronLoad may change, pause, or remove features during beta testing. The service is provided “as is” while the product is being validated.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, JK Automations is not responsible for losses arising from trucking decisions, compliance decisions, route choices, pricing assumptions, missed renewals, or reliance on MVP/demo output.
